Our team will respond within 24 hours.<\/p>\n<h2>Return Shipping<\/h2>\n<p>Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, AOI Libas will arrange a free pickup or replacement.<\/p>\n<h2>Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>Exchanges for a different size or color are possible within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Custom-sized orders cannot be exchanged.
