Returns & Exchange
At AOI Libas, we strive to provide our esteemed customers with high-quality, made-to-order outfits. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a specific returns and exchange policy:
Exchanges:
- Within 24 Hours: We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- No Exchanges for Preference: We do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences or changes of mind. All our outfits are made to order, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you no longer like the product.
Returns:
- No Returns for Made-to-Order Items: We do not accept returns for items that have been made to order, unless there is a fault or defect in the product.
- Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or exchange.
