Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made and custom-sized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Intimate wear and accessories
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp at +92-334-5446697 with your order details and photos of the item. Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address within 24 hours.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size are possible within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Custom-sized orders cannot be exchanged. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
