Creating an account isn’t required, but it makes shopping easier. With an account you can track orders, save your shipping details and review your purchase history. Guest checkout is also available if you prefer.

Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship orders to addresses within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are processed within 1 week (excluding public holidays). Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 2000 (after discounts). Orders below that threshold incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details via email and SMS. You can also log in to your account or visit our tracking page to check your shipment status at any time.
Payment Related
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards and net banking. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
No, there are no extra charges for COD. However, we do require a quick phone verification for COD orders before they are dispatched.
Yes, we use secure encryption and comply with best practices to protect your payment information. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Returns or exchanges are only possible if you receive a faulty item or the wrong product. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing photos or a continuous unboxing video of the issue.
If the item you receive is faulty or not as described, AOI LIBAS will cover the return shipping cost. We’ll provide instructions and a return address once your request is approved.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Cash‑on‑Delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer and may take 8–15 business days to reflect in your account.
