How to Order
Browse our collection, select your preferred size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart”. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Order Processing
- Ready-to-ship items: Processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days
- Custom orders: 3 to 6 weeks including crafting and quality checks
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number to monitor delivery status.
Order Modifications
To modify or cancel your order, contact us on WhatsApp at +92-334-5446697 or email sayhi@aoilibas.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
