How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and delivered within 7 to 14 business days. Custom orders typically take 3 to 6 weeks depending on the design complexity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and debit or credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard) for customers in the Gulf region. Payment details are shared via WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom-made orders are non-returnable.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, exchanges for a different size are possible within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the exchange. Custom-sized orders cannot be exchanged.
