How to Order
Ordering from AOI Libas is simple. Browse our collection, tap “Inquire Now” on any product, and you will be connected to our team on WhatsApp. We will help you with sizing, pricing, availability, and payment.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is received, we will send you an order confirmation via WhatsApp with your order details and estimated delivery date.
Order Processing
- Ready-to-ship items: Processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days
- Custom orders: 3 to 6 weeks including crafting and quality checks
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
