How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select the size and quantity you want, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 2,000. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Can I request custom sizing?

Yes, we offer custom sizing on most of our clothing. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us on WhatsApp at +92-334-5446697 with your measurements and preferred design.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page or on the courier website to check your delivery status.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfers from all major Pakistani banks, and debit or credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) through our secure checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all transactions are protected with SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers. JazzCash and EasyPaisa payments are processed through their official secure platforms.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes, enter your discount code in the Coupon Code field at checkout and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total. Follow us on social media for the latest promotions.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Currently we do not offer Cash on Delivery. We accept prepaid orders via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or debit and credit card. This helps us keep prices competitive and ensures fast dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom-made and sale items are non-returnable.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us on WhatsApp at +92-334-5446697 or email sayhi@aoilibas.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address within 24 hours.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, AOI Libas will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, exchanges for a different size or color are possible within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the exchange. Custom-sized orders cannot be exchanged.
