Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made and custom-sized orders
- Sale items and clearance products
- Intimate wear, beauty products, and accessories
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp at +92-334-5446697 or email sayhi@aoilibas.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, AOI Libas will arrange a free pickup or replacement.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are possible within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Custom-sized orders cannot be exchanged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account, or card).
